Everything went well overall. Was just routine oil change and checkup. Only concern is a potential issue with the battery (less than 1 year old), but it wasn’t recomme overall. Was just routine oil change and checkup. Only concern is a potential issue with the battery (less than 1 year old), but it wasn’t recommended at this time to do a more extensive test unless experience issues with the battery, or it gets a “yellow flag” again on the next checkup. I’ve found this service department to be good at keeping an eye on things that don’t need to be addressed immediately, and are not pushy about recommending immediate repairs unless really necessary. Tom is excellent to work with. More

An arduous process Had problems with the GPS and AcuraLink system. The Service Department had to deal with the technical engineers at Acura to resolve the problem. Aft Had problems with the GPS and AcuraLink system. The Service Department had to deal with the technical engineers at Acura to resolve the problem. After replacing a number of units, the engineers decided that it was the antenna that was causing all of the issues. Issue seems to be resolved now. Always a pleasure dealing with Acura of Ramsey. Have been buying and servicing cars from them for the past 16 years. More
