Fantastic service at the Service desk Due to an accident on Rt 17S I was extremely delayed to my appointment. I was concerned because I had requested a loaner car for the day. He was friendly, understanding about my late arrival and had the best local road tips for my safe arrival. When I finally arrived Roberto assisted me with my RDX B123 service request and hooked me up with an fancy newer model RDX for the day. I went on about my day with the loaner and Roberto called me within an hour to update me on the status of the service as well as mention a few items that I might want to address in the near future to keep my car running like the new loaner I had. I really appreciated the timely manner and comprehensive service I received. I went back later in the day and picked up my car and they even washed and vacuumed my car. What a nice touch. All the personnel at Ramsey Acura from salespeople, service and Donna in payment are friendly and welcoming. If you have any issues or questions the staff is always happy to help. This is my third vehicle leased from Ramsey Acura and I look forward to continuing my relationship with this fine firm for many years to come. Thank you, Ramsey Acura More
