Have bought several trucks from Mike and Tom and have to say those guys have always been great to deal with. I usually enjoy visiting the dentist more than a car dealership, but the guys at Van are super fr say those guys have always been great to deal with. I usually enjoy visiting the dentist more than a car dealership, but the guys at Van are super friendly, honest, and reliable. Had an issue with a new 2025 Yukon and they were both more than helpful with getting it resolved quickly and fairly. I plan on staying with Van as long as Mike and Tom are around. More

Went to van after a terrible experience with another dealer and they definitely hit a home run. Experience was great and everyone was very easy to deal with. I brought my 2019 Ford Ranger in due to persistent harsh shifting, especially between lower gears. I also let the service team know the truck recently underwent front-end collision repair, and that I have M shifting, especially between lower gears. I also let the service team know the truck recently underwent front-end collision repair, and that I have MPP extended protection. The service record shows the engine and transmission mounts were replaced, which I appreciate, but my original shifting concern still remains. What was confusing is that I was told no metal debris or internal transmission issues were found, yet the invoice clearly states: “Transmission pan was not dropped for diagnosis.” Without dropping the pan or inspecting the filter, I don’t understand how the internal condition of the transmission could be confidently evaluated. I also had difficulty getting the vehicle re-checked. Initially, I was told I would need to leave the vehicle for three days with no loaner, which made it nearly impossible to move forward. I ended up having to request management involvement just to get clarity and a path forward. Once I escalated, I was eventually able to get scheduled, and communication improved. However, the main transmission shifting concern still needs to be properly diagnosed, not just assumed to be normal or maintenance-related. I’m simply asking for: • A complete, documented transmission inspection, including dropping the pan and examining the filter. • Transparent communication. • A reasonable solution path under the MPP coverage I purchased. I hope this review encourages a clearer and more thorough diagnostic approach going forward. More
