Purchased a car and spent hours there. Was told to come by to do PDI on the vehicle. Quoted 30 mins and left almost 3 hours later. Purchased an EV and when I got my car back it smelled of Was told to come by to do PDI on the vehicle. Quoted 30 mins and left almost 3 hours later. Purchased an EV and when I got my car back it smelled of gas. Staff agreed and their first solution was to put my windows down for 10 mins. Offered me a rental, non ev, but had to put a card down for deposit. They " detailed" my car instead except all they did was put marks on my seats and doors and sprayed ozone. So disappointed amd would 100% go to a different dealership More

I had a bad experience at the Brandon dealership and Jasmine made up for it. She was fantastic to work with, explained everything without being condescending. Tom was also very helpful. I would give this a 5 but am giving it a 4 because it is very difficult to make appointments online, which is my preferred method. I was planning on waiting at the dealership while Sonata was being serviced, but Nicholas advised me that it would take about 5 hours to complete the service and had an Uber drive me home and pick me up when it was ready.
