The deal went ok until he began hounding me for a review. When I told him I wanted to wait until the we owe was fulfilled, he became extremely angry and disrespectful. Days a few days later when I called the store and was transferred to him regarding the we owe, he flat out hung up on me multiple times when he saw my name. Aggressive, disrespectful and unprofessional over me not giving him a review right there on the spot…. This really soured my experience with the dealership.. More

I’ve purchased numerous cars in my life. Ranging from more affordable car dealers to luxury brand dealers. Charlie by far exceeded every car sales representative that I have ever dealt with. Charlie was extremely professional, knowledgeable about every car on the lot and above all He didn’t make me feel like I was just another sale to him. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made some excellent recommendations that only benefited me, but my kids as well. We could not have had a better experience than with Charlie. 5 stars for this man is an Understatement. He is Very passionate about his work and truly cares about the interest of his clients. More
