I never felt like he was unavailable and when he was focused on you the information he provided was spot on... really, really impressive. He's a very straight shooter and knows his stuff. Very humble and God fearing, he even leads his people on prayer every week.... God bless him and his team! He's got an amazing support staff: - Carlos Manin, Keymaster - The man stayed behind in the wee hours of 2am and made sure I had everything i needed - he helped me transfer my stuff from my old car into my new one. Also saved me my florida e-pass, bless him. - Tommy Hung, thrill expert - put his hands up and enjoyed the rollercoaster experience I gladly gave him in my to-be Q50. He was very personable & easy to talk to & not pushy at all which I would believe is part of their MO. Tommy showed us some vehicles on their computer system & explained in detail how the process there worked. After choosing a few vehicles to go to the lot to look over we were able to sit in quite a few & then ended up test driving 1-vehicle. This was the one we purchased. The financial person we met with was very knowledgeable & helpful & made this part of the process painless. Overall & very good experience More

The sales person that helped me out was Tommy I can’t say enough good thing about him he walked me through the whole process until the keys were in my hand. If you need to get a car please go here they have fair prices for good condition cars. And if you are looking for a sales rep please make sure to go with Tommy you won’t regret it this place gets a 10 out of 10 in my book. More

Great 1st time buying experience This was my first time buying and financing a car. Tommy met us and immediately made us feel welcome and listened to exactly what I was looking for. I came back early the next morning and Tommy had the car waiting and even was able to get a cosmetic issue fixed before I bought the car. In the end she made sure she saved me the most money (I saved as much as $800 dollars on my insurance), while giving me the features needed. The financing was a very smooth process as well.
