Just be serious that you want to purchase or lease a vehicle and Tommy will work with you to get your needs met. I loved working with Tommy because he is straightforward and honest. No pressure and no stress! That's what you really need in a salesperson. My husband and I were very excited to get what we wanted at the price that worked for us and we received the car the same day! The environment itself is very welcoming. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly. Some times people are reluctant to take their kids to buy a car because they may receive backlash from the people at the dealership but at Penn Toyota they are very welcoming and understanding. Even the Managers are friendly towards kids and they even get personable with their customers. It was a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to buy or lease a Toyota. I will definitely be back in the future. More

After 8 years of driving a car through the snow and ice, I decided it was time to purchase a SUV. I knew exactly what I wanted but wasn't exactly sure where to purchase it. After googling the local Toyota dealerships, Penn Toyota seemed to have what I was looking for. We all know that car dealerships have notoriously bad reputations so I was a bit skeptical...at first. Once I arrived at Penn I was greeted at the front door by a very nice young lady. I told her what i was looking for and she asked me to hold on a second while she called someone to help. That someone turned out to be Tommy Kim. Tommy was very helpful, knowledgeable and an all around great guy. He showed me a 2011 4runner and I knew that was it!! We sat down to talk numbers where I met Manny Kontonicolas. Manny is another knowledgeable and great guy at Penn Toyota. A week later, I came back to pick up the truck. Once there everything went as smooth as silk. I would highly recommend Penn Toyota to anyone. More
