I saw none of the usual high-pressure sales tactics or frantic atmosphere I have often seen in other dealerships, what a refreshing surprise! I can honestly say it was a pleasure dealing with my salesman, Tommy Kim, who was patient, helpful, and went the extra mile for me during the whole purchase process. He's even offered me a "refresher course" whenever I need help mastering all the tech gizmos on my new Prius. Thanks again for a great car-buying experience in my own neighborhood! More

Nick v. who works in the accounting department and does all paper work when you're purchasing a new vehicle. You can count on Nick who's honest with you. My mother in law bought a car from penn Toyota and told me and my wife about this location, so we gave it a try and 7 Vehicles later we won't go anywhere else! Customer service is beyond what we got, thanks to our sales guy Tommy kim, and also for the great hospitality and customer service as well James, and Morris. They all made my wife and I feel like a part of the family. They care about the customer and they are up front about everything, And to the service team Shereza and Laurie thank you for helping us get our service needs done and the most conveniently way possible from the appointments to the loner cars, and making servicing experience very enjoyable! My sister has worked with Tommy both times and those both times I went with her. He makes it such an easy process for you. Just be serious that you want to purchase or lease a vehicle and Tommy will work with you to get your needs met. I loved working with Tommy because he is straightforward and honest. No pressure and no stress! That's what you really need in a salesperson. My husband and I were very excited to get what we wanted at the price that worked for us and we received the car the same day! The environment itself is very welcoming. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly. Some times people are reluctant to take their kids to buy a car because they may receive backlash from the people at the dealership but at Penn Toyota they are very welcoming and understanding. Even the Managers are friendly towards kids and they even get personable with their customers. It was a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to buy or lease a Toyota. I will definitely be back in the future. More

After 8 years of driving a car through the snow and ice, I decided it was time to purchase a SUV. I knew exactly what I wanted but wasn't exactly sure where to purchase it. I was in the market for a CPO T I decided it was time to purchase a SUV. I knew exactly what I wanted but wasn't exactly sure where to purchase it. I was in the market for a CPO Toyota 4runner. After googling the local Toyota dealerships, Penn Toyota seemed to have what I was looking for. We all know that car dealerships have notoriously bad reputations so I was a bit skeptical...at first. Once I arrived at Penn I was greeted at the front door by a very nice young lady. I told her what i was looking for and she asked me to hold on a second while she called someone to help. That someone turned out to be Tommy Kim. Tommy was very helpful, knowledgeable and an all around great guy. He showed me a 2011 4runner and I knew that was it!! We sat down to talk numbers where I met Manny Kontonicolas. Manny is another knowledgeable and great guy at Penn Toyota. A week later, I came back to pick up the truck. Once there everything went as smooth as silk. I would highly recommend Penn Toyota to anyone. More

First I would like to say that I am a big Toyota fan. I have been buying Toyota cars for more that 15 years and reliability has been superb. After many hours of research online looking at all mid-size SUV' have been buying Toyota cars for more that 15 years and reliability has been superb. After many hours of research online looking at all mid-size SUV's, I once again decided on a Toyota. Armed with invoice and list prices, I visited Penn Toyota and purchased a Toyota Highlander Limited. Our salesman, Tommy Kim was very knowledgeable about all Toyota vehicles. He made the process of buying a car totally without stress. Once price was agreed upon we met the business manager, Morris Sutton. Perhaps realizing that we had no interest in an extended warranty, etching etc., he simply handed us his business card and stated that if we wish to purchase anything additional to please give him a call. Since the car was not on the lot it will have to be delivered from another facility. If all goes well, I will not follow up on this review. A minor addition: The Penn Toyota facility is new and the coffee is great! Allan J More
