Advertised a Black 2018 Genesis G80 with Ultimate package. Called and spoke to people that wife and I were coming over with our trade in title in hand and hopefully drive out in a new CPO G80. 1. Perfectly find that I was to walk out without seeing car. 3. Asked manager and was told it's in service for oil change and a few other things. 4. Finally came back and it was filthy, egg shaped dent in front passenger door, a chunk of rear bumper missing by right tailpipe. I called Genesis and complained. Basically said there is nothing going to be done about it. I am in my early 60's and have never experienced this kind of service. More
