A Qualified Recommendation Our salesman, Tom, was easy to work with. However, it was not appreciated that the first price he gave us was pretty much the sticker price, in spite Our salesman, Tom, was easy to work with. However, it was not appreciated that the first price he gave us was pretty much the sticker price, in spite of the fact that the newspaper had shown a price $4,000 less than that and we knew it....why waste our time and patience? We also didn't appreciate the fact that Tasca would not return our plates when they registered the new car; this resulted in our spending two hours or more between RIDMV and AAA just for a two minute exercise of returning the plates. Also for the past few months we have received mailings from Tasca and Buick that they would forgive up to 4 months of lease payments (we had four months left in our lease agreement); only after we arrived and were negotiating price were we advised that any such offer was no longer in effect...made us think that TASCA was looking to bleed us for every last cent! We would recommend TASCA again only on a qualified basis. More

Awesome car buying experience!!! I first found the Yukon Denali we bought on line and put my email in for a call back, immediately Tom Viola called me back and we talked about the veh I first found the Yukon Denali we bought on line and put my email in for a call back, immediately Tom Viola called me back and we talked about the vehicle. Because I live in Maine he sent several pictures and videos of the Yukon so I didn't have to drive to Rhode Island several times. My wife and I decided we wanted the vehicle due to being several thousand dollars less than everybody around here, so Tom arranged a night and stayed almost two hours later than closing time for the dealership. What a great car buying experience, look forward to doing business with Tasca and Tom in the future!!!!! More
