Worst service department ever. My Jeep was in your lot for nearly a year with five tows from my house. The first two times it was leaking trans fluid. Probably didn’t have the corr My Jeep was in your lot for nearly a year with five tows from my house. The first two times it was leaking trans fluid. Probably didn’t have the correct seal. Third time it was sealed but the fluid was low. I put a quart in myself. I was told by the service manager that he didn’t believe that. Not sure why after all the fails from day one. He assured me that the owner was aware of the situation after I complained enough. I didn’t believe him. So my Tran’s had a sensor that went bad after all the leaks. They were going to charge me $1800 to repair. Option was that they would eat the cost of the repair but I had to sign a document that I would never bring the jeep back. Just a sign that they weren’t going to repair it properly. Never heard of a service dept that had no faith in their own work. I’m sure the owner is aware though, right? More
