I dealt with Tommy Wisener in the service department. I was told on the phone that there were 60 jobs ahead of mine and they couldn’t get to it for a week. Tommy knows of my frustration because I’ve had a series of problems with this vehicle. I told him exactly what was wrong and asked me to sit in the waiting area. He came and got me in 20 minutes to let me know it was done. Because of the simplicity of the correction, he got my vehicle straight in and taken care of. No one else I spoke to that day exhibited any problem solving effort other than him. I will continue to use this dealership as long as this man is employed there. Thank you Mr Wisener. More

They went beyond normal trying to find out the reason for the vehicle stalling.
