They were helpful to answer any questions I had and also offered to be a resource in the future. The dealership environment is pleasant. I know the service department has not always been the greatest, but I believe it has improved. The one major downside to my purchase was with the Finance Manager Ken Kunst - putting the worst pressure on the buyer into adding on warranties. That is extremely uncomfortable, and every dealer has them to make more money out of us. Nonetheless, I would recommend working with Mike and Toni if you plan on buying a new car. I love mine and the deal for it! More

They sold me a used car without a computer chip Looking back I probably won’t buy a car from a mismatched dealer again. I bought a Nissan Murano from a Honda dealer and they sold the card to me without the computer chip the runs the radio,gps, Bluetooth.... so yeah I had to take it to Nissan 2 days later for them to figure out what was going on. Nothing like buying a car then having it in the shop for days. Smh. They should have know better. I called the salesman and asked if they had it or any info and he said he’d call me back and never did. Also the financial department didn’t tell me that it take a good month for my extended warranty paperwork to forwarded to the warrenty company. Nothing but a headache. More
