Made an online inquiry and was told the vehicle was available. Made an offer and was told there was no room on the price. That would be highly unusual in a market where value is down 20% year to date available. Made an offer and was told there was no room on the price. That would be highly unusual in a market where value is down 20% year to date and the car has been on the lot 77 days. I decided to go check the car out anyway. I meet with same saleswoman who tells me the car is on a lot in another city an hour away. Before I ever get a chance to say a word she starts blaming me for showing up and not telling her first. If the dealer says the car is available one would think its at the listing dealer where the saleswoman that responded sits; or say yes its available but at a different lot. Totally unprofessional. Lost this sale which is for my kid and my new truck business as well. More

I had a 6:00 pm appointment with Ms. T. Kelly. Upon my arrival 3 different salesman approached me to make sure I was being helped. That was very considered of them. Finally, a different salesperson inf arrival 3 different salesman approached me to make sure I was being helped. That was very considered of them. Finally, a different salesperson informs me that Ms. Kelly is gone for the day. So, Ms. Tasha I believe is her name, please excuse me if I'm incorrect. But, I'm very certain the young lady name does starts with a T and she works in the used cars finance department asks a gentleman to bring up the vehicle. To my surprise the vehicle was EXTREMELY nasty and had a very foul smell. When I brought it to Ms. T attention she was very condensing and just shook her head at me as if I was the one who brought her the vehicle to look at. Also, she had the nerve to say I just wanted you to see the leg room and let your son sit to test the leg room out. Personally I would not have allowed an wild animal to sit in that aweful vehicle. I have attached a video of how this vehicle was presented to me. THE VEHICLE REEKED OF URINE AND FECES!!! More
