When I went to their website to look at their inventory and pricing, I wa I decided to try LaFontaine after reading the reviews from other customers. When I went to their website to look at their inventory and pricing, I was surprised that I was offered an immediate opportunity to chat with a representative. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted warmly by several representatives. The salesperson I was there to meet -- Tonia Kelley -- was servicing another customer, but took the time to find me in the waiting area and introduce herself. She made arrangements for me to take a test drive while she completed another appointment. When I met with Ms. Kelley she understood what I was looking for and the price range. She was friendly, courteous and completely responsive to my needs. There was no hassle and no pressure. The staff assigned to the finance end of the deal were equally as courteous and respectful.
