No pressure sale I already knew the car I was coming in to see. I was able to look over the car without being hassled. And there was no pressure to upsell me into some I already knew the car I was coming in to see. I was able to look over the car without being hassled. And there was no pressure to upsell me into something I was not interested in. When Tony came to help there was no pressure to close a sale immediately. I left to think it over and did rest of the deal by phone and email. I knew the price range I would end up in, and feel comfortable that we settled at a fair price. Tony was very easy to get a hold of on the phone and answer any questions I had, and he was also good responding to emails when I was unable to talk on the phone. And the best part - I came to pick up the car the day after a snowstorm and was worried it would be covered. They kept it inside over night where it stayed clean. Thanks! More

I really appreciated his patience with all my questions and his attention to detail, as he made sure to show me a few different versions of the model I wanted (different years and equipment packages) to ensure I could get a car I really loved at a price I could afford. I love that he sat with me in my new car and showed me how to use all the features, really wanting to make sure I left a more knowledgeable Ford driver. When it came time to go over finances, I also really appreciated how clear and helpful Rich was, again trying to ensure I made the best decisions for my personal financial situation and the future.
