Walking into Longo, I was impressed with how clean the dealership was. In addition, everyone was very friendly and polite. Tony was truly the game changer, though. I am someone who has avoided car dealerships for fear of false advertising, or being upsold, or put into a car that wouldn’t really fit my needs. As a woman walking into a dealership alone, all of these factors were on my mind. Tony immediately put me at ease with his kindness and patience. He answered every question I had, provided me with information I hadn’t thought to ask but needed to know, and was a very active advocate on my part for financing this car and negotiating the trade-in value for my own vehicle. He encouraged me to go home and sleep on the decision, and assured me that if the vehicle was right for me, he would help me get the deal finalized the following day. I went back this morning, and he followed through in every way. Every signature was explained, we talked through financing options to create a plan that would work for my life and budget. If you need a vehicle and a trustworthy expert to help, Tony is the person. I will absolutely recommend him to anyone who is looking, might be looking, or could be looking for a vehicle.
