After an 18-year hiatus from owning a nice vehicle, my husband and I were absolutely thrilled to purchase our 2023 Toyota Highlander. We were so in love with our new vehicle that, in all our excitement, we somehow overlooked a significant issue: the previous owner had apparently caused severe damage to the gear shift console panel, leaving it looking as though it had been burned by an open flame. Discovering this after our purchase was incredibly disappointing, and we couldn’t believe we had missed something so obvious. But this is where Tony Bailey truly showed us what exceptional customer service looks like. Without hesitation, Tony went to work to find a solution. His priority was making sure we were happy with our purchase, and he assured us he would take care of it. He made the necessary calls, followed through on his promise, and stayed committed to making things right. A few weeks later, Tony contacted us with the wonderful news that he had located the replacement part and arranged for us to bring our Highlander in for repair. True to his word, Tony made sure the damaged panel was completely replaced, restoring our vehicle to the condition we had expected when making such an important purchase. We were genuinely blown away by his follow-through, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile for us. What impressed us most wasn’t simply that Tony resolved the issue. It was the way he handled the entire situation—with genuine care, integrity, professionalism, and a sincere desire to make sure we were happy.
