I initially visited the dealership on the weekend, with the intention of leaving with the vehicle I wanted, but ran into some issues with my financial institution being closed. Even though I was noticeably frustrated, Tony took it in stride and worked with his management staff to do everything they could to help. In the end, everything worked out and I couldn't be happier with my vehicle. After several exhausting and frustrating days of searching for a Toyota Camry with the specific features I wanted in a specific color, I came across it at Longo Toyota of Prosper. I was immediately struck by his enthusiasm and willingness to help, and I took note of his honest, no-nonsense approach, which I appreciated. After a couple of follow up calls that evening, my husband and I drove 4 1/2 hours from Houston to purchase the car the next day (Saturday). We ran into several complicating factors (which were no fault of Tony or the dealership), but with every hurdle, Tony and Preston collaborated with us on solutions, sympathetic to the fact that we had driven so far to do business with them. Their level of care, concern, and service were the reason why we were more than willing to sign the deal that day and make the long drive back two days later to pick up our new car. From sales to finance to management, this dealership operates at the highest level of customer service.
