Our buying experience was very pleasant, something we can't say about many car buying experiences. We were greeted by Mike Romikitis who was very easy to work with. We did want to buy new this time and purchased a CRV on our first visit. We had been considering buying a Toyota Rav 4, as my last two cars were Toyota Prius Vs that I was very happy with. We had negotiated a trade in towards a Rav 4 and Mike and his manager agreed to meet that trade in value, which was $800 higher than Hyannis Honda's first offer. We appreciated that accommodation. We were pleased with the incentives Honda offered. After test driving the CRV, I was more comfortable in the CRV than the Rav 4 and decided to make the purchase.
