This is the second time I have brought my Palisade in for service. Both times I had oily finger prints on my hood. The first time they were on the drivers door as well. You should be sure the car is clean and presentable when give back to the customer. Was told the price of the service and when I looked at the text I got it was considerably more. Apparently that number included double charge for parts. It was corrected when I picked up the car. More
