I'm very impressed with there customer service throughout the entire dealership. I bought a car less than a month ago, drove roughly 900 miles and the car said oil change needed. Was surprised but made appo the entire dealership. I bought a car less than a month ago, drove roughly 900 miles and the car said oil change needed. Was surprised but made appointment. I was waiting for the car to be done and a sales person, Israel came and ofter to get me into a new car. I informed him I just bought my car and hadn't made my first payment. Long story short, Israel made sure I didn't pay for the oil change and was very professional. I will recommend Israel to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you for being a great customer caring dealership! More

I called the Kia service department in Crystal River on Wednesday March 4th to find out how much a synthetic oil change was for my Kia Soul. The advisor told me it was $68.00 for a synthetic oil change. I Wednesday March 4th to find out how much a synthetic oil change was for my Kia Soul. The advisor told me it was $68.00 for a synthetic oil change. I told him I had a ten dollar off coupon that Kia had sent me and he told no problem you could use it on your next visitI. I made an appointment for Friday March 6th. When I got there I was specific that I did not want the tire rotation which is an extra $119.00. The advisor then started interigating me on why I did not want the tire rotation. I understand they are trained to upsale but that was very concerning to me. And it made me a little uncomfortable. I gave him the ten dollar off coupon. When I went to pay I asked why they did not honor the coupon. He told me that oil had gone up and he did give me the $10.00 off. So the bottom line is I did not get the $10.00 off which should have been $58.00 plus tax. The final bill was $70.00. I really like that Kia is traine to work on my Kia Soul, but the the way I was treated was not right. I really dont want to find another dealer for servicing my vehicles, but I will start calling around to find a dealer that will honor there promises and honor the coupons that sent to me. Very disappointed. More

Upon arriving and entering the service area, a young person not affiliated with Jenkins came in an announced our windshield needed replacing. What? I went out and looked and the divots in the windshie person not affiliated with Jenkins came in an announced our windshield needed replacing. What? I went out and looked and the divots in the windshield were not there when we entered Jenkins parking lot. I believe the damage was done by the young man to garner business for himself. Then Jenkins facilitated setting up the replacement of our windshield with this young man despite my request to stop. When I got home and investigated the windshield company, I discovered it is a scam business. Many BBB complaints against it. I contacted my insurer and they are well aware of this windshield company and its tactics. I switched the repair to a different windshield company. This should never have happened. I am hesitant to return to Jenkins because of this seeming ill-gain relationship between Jenkins and the windshield company. More
