Dishonesty without reason I was an enthused customer ready to purchase a car with my own financing. The sales guy Tony Byrd asked that I sign a paper to send over to my bank. T I was an enthused customer ready to purchase a car with my own financing. The sales guy Tony Byrd asked that I sign a paper to send over to my bank. There was a mention of my credit file but I specifically said I have my own financing and questioned why they needed to pull another report. Tony stated to send to my bank. Didn’t make much sense but I went with it. Long story short they pulled my credit report under false pretense. I left feeling swindled and violated. I dodged a bullet by taking my business to Hendricks BMW and driving away in my BMW the same day. More

The 3.5 hour drive was worth it! Hi Line has friendly staff and a great selection. The prices are unbeatable! Poor customer service Did app online called before I got on the road to take an hour 45 min trip to them to see if I could get approved . Tony told me yes to come on ! Pushy Financing ?SALESMEN (ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER) ARE VERY PUSHY WHEN IT COMES TO FINANCING!
