Failed to honor Certified Warranty. I took my in for service and they found that the front lower control arm bushings were starting to tear/separate from the metal. They followed up with and email indic service and they found that the front lower control arm bushings were starting to tear/separate from the metal. They followed up with and email indicating they were in need of "urgent repair". I asked them to fix them on my warranty and they declined saying the parts had to fail before they would repair. I checked this out and found that failure on the road is very dangerous. I took my concern though the Lexus appeal process all the way to Lexus Excusive Office. They told me that it was a dealership decision and there was nothing they would do about it. This is a safety issue and the dealer is acting in bad faith. More

Totally and Completely Satisfied When you your check engine light comes on it's time for concern .... I highly recommend Lexus of Santa Barbara. I was referred to Joe Green since I was looking into trading in my lease. I contacted him and explained what I was looking for. He provided various options and was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I never felt pressured, as many do when you are looking into purchasing or leasing a vehicle. When I arrived to the dealership he was ready to assist me and made me feel as if I was at home. Everyone was really friendly!!Tony Carbajal also provided a lot of helpful information that I needed to know regarding my new lease. He was willing to answer all my questions as well. When I left the dealership I felt very comfortable and safe in my new vehicle. They were both awesome and made my experience flawless. You guys are the BEST!!! More

I had been dealing with another transmission shop for three months to resolve a problem on my '05 300IS. It became a fear of mine to see if the check engine light would return back on, since it reappea three months to resolve a problem on my '05 300IS. It became a fear of mine to see if the check engine light would return back on, since it reappeared so frequently due to the mysterious transmission problem. I finally took the car to DCH Lexus and could not be happier. Everyone there was extremely professional and specifically, Danny Azrik, Tony Carbajal, Derek Bishop and Angel Ramirez. From the beginning, I trusted them and their recommendations. Not only did they well take care of me, they steam cleaned under my front hood which was not required. Because I learned how exceptional the service department is at DCH Lexus, I am encouraged even more to make Lexus my next choice of new car when that time comes.
