Oh that’s funny, you couldn’t reply to my emails that I sent A MONTH AGO, but now you’re quick to respond to a negative review calling you out. A simple “we’re still looking into your issue” would have been perfectly fine with me, but you couldn’t even do that. You had ample time to avoid this and instead you chose to simply ignore me and any future potential customers deserve to know that if they come to you with a legitimate issue, that they might not even get an email response, much less have the problem actually fixed.
