Brad (sales rep) Tony (mechanic) Zac (service supervisor) are all excellent and passionate about their jobs. Tony greeted me immediately and during the consult, gave me an estimate and approximate time frame for the work to be done. Gave me an update to inform me that the biggest issue ( door lock actuator) and ma me an estimate and approximate time frame for the work to be done. Gave me an update to inform me that the biggest issue ( door lock actuator) and maintenance work was still under my extended warranty and that the frightful initial cost estimate came down to under $30. I had forgotten about the extended warranty so Tony became my hero that day! (Proud of my past self for having the forethought to buy said warranty 😏) Apparently the service department was short staffed that day and of course busy. They kept us updated and amused with those updates. Professional staff! More

I was kind of surprised at home much prices have gone up. $70 to get a cabin filter change, and the cost for getting wipers replaced was excessive I thought. I'll be shopping around for another place to get my truck serviced with better prices.I also did not get a copy of free multi point inspection either, and i see you don't run vehicles through the car wash any longer. Very polite and professional, all the dealerships I have dealt with in the past for service did not provide this level of service and I appreciate that. Brought the car in with issues. The car left with greater issues. Engine dead. Took the care there thinking they knew the vehicle the best. Never again. Never buying a Nissan again.
