New Car in 60 Minutes or less Out driving in the Covid world on a Sunday my wife noticed her dream car as we were driving past Crown Mercedes doing 60 MPH. I played it off and the following morning called Dan Morris. He was very polite and said he would do all he could to make this surprise for my wife happen quickly and easily. Within a few minutes I had a call from Mo Esseghir. He offered to drive the car to my home for a test drive. I told him not necessary but agreed to meet at the dealership to complete paperwork. Mo was very knowledgable and professional with a tremendous personality. I then worked with Rob Wilson in Finance to review and complete all paperwork. Rob actually remembered me from a car I had purchased a few years earlier. In the process Rob checked to see if I had any old tags available on the tax collectors web site....I did and he ended up saving me @ $400. All unsolicited. Rob made the paperwork as quick and easy as possible and was very thorough in his explanations. Mo delivered the car that afternoon and spent a great deal of time reviewing the features. The next day my wife was still a little overwhelmed with all of the technology available to her in a new Mercedes. I called Mo and in about two hours the "tech expert" Tony Cintron arrived and spent another hour plus making us comfortable with all the features in the car. So overall I think Dan Morris has done a great job building a professional and friendly staff with processes that are designed to make the entire experience of buying and taking delivery from Crown Mercedes easy and pleasurable. Well Done! More
