We then made the 450 mile trip the next day to look at the car as it appeared to be exactly what we were looking for and felt it would not last long on the lot. When we arrived the next morning, Neville was not available so we worked with Dave Siskin who was equally as helpful and knowledgeable about the car. We went for a test drive and it confirmed this was the car we were looking for and proceeded to make the purchase. While we were in the process, we were able to meet Neville and had a very enjoyable conversation with him. When the purchase was concluded, Tony Cintron went over some of the vehicle details with us prior to hitting the road. I don’t even know where to begin with how highly I think of this place! About 7 years ago I walked into this same dealership and it felt stuffy and uncomfortable. Well, fast forward 7 years and GM Daniel Mo of this place! About 7 years ago I walked into this same dealership and it felt stuffy and uncomfortable. Well, fast forward 7 years and GM Daniel Morris, sales manager Daniel Bellemare, the finance department Jessica Scarboro and the ridiculously efficient Rob Wilson, the best salesman ever Mo, the calm-cool-thorough Tony Citron (who even answered my text while he was on vacation!), and let’s not forget Tim and Shelley in service (my 2020 GTR caught a nail in a tire and I was outfitted with a loaner in 5 minutes and never haggled by the tire and rim insurance or dealership one time despite only having it less than a month). My particular transaction was unlike anything most of them have ever come across and there was a slight delay in the wire transfer. Not once did anyone question the authenticity or sincerity of my interests in the vehicles and all the while they made me feel like part of the family. To add icing on the cake they even graciously patronized my family’s business. I could go on and on until I have blisters on my fingers but I’ll sum it all up as “WOW!” Sure, it’s easy to work at a place that sells a great product like Mercedes Benz but it is impossible to fake sincerity and appreciation for customers’ business and this is what you will always get at Crown Eurocars. Everyone bent over backward to answer our questions and assisted us in every way. Sameh Youssef was the first person I contacted in regards to purchasing a vehicle. Sam took his time and listened to what we were interested in purchasing. He stayed late and provided the vehicle for use on the test drive. After a price adjustment, we came to an agreement for the purchase. Sam treated us like we had been purchasing vehicles from him for years. He then introduced us to Marc Israel who was just plain fun to deal with. Marc walked us through all the paperwork and provided us with the plate transfer, title work and everything else we needed. Still not finished, Sam introduced us to Tony Cintron who spent about 40 minutes explaining all the gadgets that came with our newly purchased E350. At no time did we feel pressured or hurried and it was a very nice experience. I am one person that will give credit where credit is due but I am also outspoken when I feel there is a need for criticism when it merits the faults. Sameh Youssef is the man to see if you need a car or truck. Crown Eurocars Mercedes Benz is also the place to go. More
