I knew what car I wanted to buy so Phillip the salesman wasted no time in showing it to me and letting me take it for a test drive. Phillip is a pleasant knowledgeable salesman and within a few minutes of chatting with him I learned all about the car and I decided to purchase it. It took about a day of negotiations in price and trade in to reach an agreement but I was very pleased with the deal I got from Crown Mercedes. I am very happy with the deal I got. Also, Rob from Finance was extremely professional and he took his time to explain financial options I had available in order to choose the best loan for me. Finally, Tony in the most relaxed manner went over the cool features my new GLK 350 has to offer, without his help I would not have been able to figure out much about the car. In summary, my experience was very pleasant, stress free, and professional. The staff has lots of finesse. I strongly recommend Crown Mercedes if you want to buy a car. More

Have been dealing with Crown for decades and continue to do so because of our longstanding relationship with Larry Casto and Tom Cammarata. Tom especially is always knowledgable about service and goes the extra mile to accommodate my busy schedule when service is necessary. Dave made the buying process seamless and coordinated our transition to the new vehicles. Kudos to Tony for teaching us (and continuing to teach us ) the capabilities of the vehicles. He knows everything. Marc honestly explained the advantages and costs of available vehicle options so that we could decide what was best for us. As an aside, on the date of purchase I came to Crown for a simple vehicle repair and instead decided to buy 2 new cars. So the people I referenced must have done something right. More

Recall Service Turns Into a Car Purchase I went to the dealership in response to the recall on my vehicle. Randall approached me in the customer service waiting room and asked what type vehicle I was having served. During our conversation he asked if I would consider a trade-in. Long story short, I did and really love my new 2018 Mercedes. Randall was great to work with. Then I had the pleasure of working with Rob in Finance. I'd met Rob when I bought my first Mercedes last July. It was great seeing an old friend. He did an awesome job of explaining all the details of my options. Then finally, the icing on the cake - Tony Cintron explained the features of my car. Tony was perfect. He was very informative and really took his time teaching me the new functions of my car. Oh and Andy in Service did a great job on the car I traded in. I had a wonderful experience with everyone I ran into. Larry, Tina, Pam - all of them. More
