Recall Service Turns Into a Car Purchase I went to the dealership in response to the recall on my vehicle. Long story short, I did and really love my new 2018 Mercedes. Randall was great to work with. Then I had the pleasure of working with Rob in Finance. I'd met Rob when I bought my first Mercedes last July. It was great seeing an old friend. He did an awesome job of explaining all the details of my options. Then finally, the icing on the cake - Tony Cintron explained the features of my car. Tony was perfect. He was very informative and really took his time teaching me the new functions of my car. Oh and Andy in Service did a great job on the car I traded in. I had a wonderful experience with everyone I ran into. Larry, Tina, Pam - all of them. More
