My fiance and I were in the market for a 2019 - 2021 BMW x5 and decided to purchase through New Motors. Working with New Motor was the best decision we made. Robbie and Keisha made our experience a great on x5 and decided to purchase through New Motors. Working with New Motor was the best decision we made. Robbie and Keisha made our experience a great one, and even a month after our purchase we still have not seen a better deal than what we found through New Motors. I highly recommend that everyone, whether you can pick up the vehicle or will need it shipped to your location, work with New Motors if their car you are looking for is in their lot. Great Price & Fast Response We browsed the various car sales platforms such as CarGurus, Truecar, Caravana, etc. searching for the right vehicle with the right packages for the right price. We were already working with two dealerships and came across a well-priced x5 in New Motors’s via Truecar. We sent an inquiry on a Monday night and New Motors had already reached out the very next morning. Friendly and Patient Customer Service We spoke with Keisha and she patiently answered ALL of my questions. Since I was located seven hours away and couldn’t see the car in person, Keisha was nice enough to facetime us and do a walk-around of the vehicle to confirm that there was no damage and that the vehicle include all of the packages and features we wanted. Fair Negotiation The had a GREAT price given the year the mileage, condition, packages that were installed, and that there were no accidents in it’s carfax. We worked with Keisha and Tony to negotiate down a bit further and New Motors was willing to work with us. They were straightforward with their process, and I think we landed at a place that was fair. Most importantly, their prices was better than all other princess we negotiated for vehicles that didn’t even have all the packages we wanted. This one did. We decided to move forward. Working with Robbie We began working with Robbie after deciding to move forward with purchasing with New Motors. Robbie is probably one of the kindest and most patient people I’ve ever worked with. He quickly responded to all of my texts and phone calls. He answered every single one of my questions, did not express any annoyance with my requests, and make me feel like a VIP customer at every moment. This is almost existent with many other dealerships. So, working with Robbie was breath of fresh air. New Motors should know that they have a phenomenal sale rep working for them. He sets the standard for what I would expect out of a sales rep moving forward. Receiving the car New Motors shipped the car to us and we received it in about a week after everything was finalized. The car was detailed, all of the paperwork was placed in the car, and not a single scratch was on it. They even sent touch up paint in case we ever needed it. The only feedback I’d have is that the shipping company we they used was incredibly poor with their communication. They confirmed that they would bring the car on one day but never showed up. They then called after the agreed-upon drop-off time, agreed to showing up at 9am the next morning and eventually showed up four hours later. This was disruptive since I had to continued rearranging my work schedule. Thank you! My overall experience with New Motors was extremely positive. The next time I or a family member is in the market for a new car, we will look to New Motors first. More

At 52 years old, I just bought my first-ever brand new car, and I am beyond thrilled with my 2020 Atlas CrossSport. Couldn't have done it without Eric getting the ball rolling, and I WOULD NOT have done it with out Tony Confer making the numbers work. I felt appreciated, respected, and in control through the whole process and these guys made it well worth my time.
