Such a pleasant experience! I just arrived in the lot, looking at the first Outback I saw and was greeted by Tony Confer who immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable, yet I just arrived in the lot, looking at the first Outback I saw and was greeted by Tony Confer who immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable, yet not pressured in any way. I must say that this is a different experience than what occurred the last two times (2000 and 2011) that I paid a visit to New Motors. Then it was as if I didn't even exist. THANK YOU TONY. Tony was knowledgeable, helpful, seemed willing to try and meet my car needs - and succeeded! He (and his manager) were able to find the color that I wanted, with the options that I wanted and now I am happy everyday that I start my Outback, see it in a parking lot, and feel it on the road.
