On my first visit I asked for direction to the waiting room, one of the associate replied ”it’s in there”. I found my way, but to my surprise, the same individual came up to me and said “ I see you found room, one of the associate replied ”it’s in there”. I found my way, but to my surprise, the same individual came up to me and said “ I see you found it”. In smug tone. My second visit, I was assigned Gabriel. I told him I about the weather strips around the windshield was falling apart because the rubber rotted and that there is a rattling from the right front speaker. Before I could explain he just cut me off, saying we can’t do that today, no explanation and he did not take note. He just proceeded to tell me that he was going to change the oil and rotate tires a cost of $128.00. I told him I did not need a rotation because mileage was only 2083 miles, and that I was promised 2 free oil changes with the purchase of the 2023 Rogue New. He went away and came back telling me I have to pay for the oil change because it is no longer in the system. No mention of the rattling of the speaker and it was not noted. I asked about the weather strips, he said the parts are coming from Orlando so it could not be done. I told him to know when the parts arrive. 2 weeks passed no call, I called him, he said it was on back order. Totally different story. 1 month, I called again, he said he had only one piece. I asked if he could call another Nissan dealer to see if they have the parts, he told me I could. He showed no concern. This is my 4th vehicle with Nissan and it will probably be my last. My first was Datsun B210, then a Maxima, then an Altima and now this Rogue. I will not go back to the Weston Dealer again. I had one problem with the Altima, the dashboard melted and cracked. I called for recall, and was told only the 2008 was recalled mine was 2007. I kept the Altima because I had a good run without any mechanical troubles and I just covered the cracks. I lost some value when I sold it in order to buy this 2023 Rogue. Now I am afraid less than 2 years and the weather strips melted, hardened and just fell apart. They fixed it but It is not to the original standard. I know I will probably loose value again. I am disappointed. More
