Routine Service The service center was very helpful and efficient from the moment I pulled in for a routinr service/maintenance. Alex Escalada was my service advisor The service center was very helpful and efficient from the moment I pulled in for a routinr service/maintenance. Alex Escalada was my service advisor from the time I made the appointment til the end of my visit. I even returned later with some questions and he was able to stop what he was doing to personally help me and got me in and out with no wait. He kept me well informed on the process and helped me coordinate maintenance and repair issues within my budget and what to plan for on the next visit. During the wait other service and mechanic staff were there to answer my questions as well as others waiting and were all very pleasant and accomodating. Even if Alex was busy the other male and female advisors were on top of things and aware of anyone who might need help such as myself. They even put me in a rental so I could get my daughter where she needed to in time. Gloria was amazing and helpful! Jonathan, who worked on my car, was very sweet and took time to explain what he did and was very reassuring. Overall it was a pleasant and stress free! Visit. I have to say that each time I come in the service has been better and better which makes me comfortable and confident in bringing my car in to Weston Nissan over another dealership.Even though Alex was great and I would refer him to others and will ask for him in the future, I know im still in good hands with some of the other advisors as well. More
