People at the dealership were friendly and our salesman was excellent. No pressure guy. He gave us different options and let us talk it over. When we picked up the car he ( Tony ) was very knowledgeable ab was excellent. No pressure guy. He gave us different options and let us talk it over. When we picked up the car he ( Tony ) was very knowledgeable about how to use all the options. He was also very patient. Took all the time we needed to explain any questions we had. A couple things I didn’t like were that when we applied for credit I was not told the loan would not be through Ford credit. I have financed many cars through Ford and just assumed I would still be there. Now I’m with a bank in California which I do not like. I also did not like how they wasted about 15 minutes or more of my time explaining extended warranty. If they would of asked before he started I would of told him not interested. I realize the dealer makes money off selling extended warranty, but I’m old school and feel like that is not necessary. I’m not use to dealing with a large dealership. The dealership I used before was closed up so decided to give these people a try. Overall the experience was good, just those couple things. More
