Thuggish attitude of general manager against female customer I was in the process of closing a deal, when a commotion with physical and verbal violence erupted in the parking lot. The general manager Dennis John I was in the process of closing a deal, when a commotion with physical and verbal violence erupted in the parking lot. The general manager Dennis Johnson was claiming a female customer had not paid for two months and was demanding that she return the car. She in turn was demanding that they return the car she had traded-in two months ago. I don't know the facts, but did witness how the general manager haughtily sat in the car, WHILE THE WOMAN'S BABY WAS IN THE CAR! She screamed and demanded that he exit the car and even hit the general manager. The dealership called the police and eventually things calmed down. The entire process took more than one hour and was VERY tense. Customers were confused and scared. The general manager demonstrated extremely poor judgement, even if he was right in his claim to the car. He should have requested that the lady remove the child from the car BEFORE he entered the car, or not enter the car at all and simply call the police. However, he decided to behave like a thug. He can claim that she hit him, but she could claim attempted kidnapping of a child. I'm never going there again. More
