Ahhh What a Relief It Is! My husband Monroe ran into Tony and Dayra in Wells Fargo bank. He told them my car was totaled and got a welcoming invitation to visit Carey Paul. We My husband Monroe ran into Tony and Dayra in Wells Fargo bank. He told them my car was totaled and got a welcoming invitation to visit Carey Paul. We did and if it wasn't for their warm and pleasant personalities I probably would have walked away because I don't deal well with pushy sales people. They are a great team who relaxed any anxiety I had and made it a pleasant shopping experience. They were both knowledgeable about the product and answered all our questions with confidence. We were not abandoned after the sale was done. Both Tony and Dayra made sure the car was properly serviced and that the technical features were explained. All of our questions were answered with patience and I would feel comfortable returning if I had any additional questions. It is a relief that the results of my car shopping experienced resulted in a beautiful 2016 EXL CRV that I absolutely love.
