Consistency is the key about Nielsen, for I have worked with a couple of different people there. My first salesman, Tony Infantino, is a great guy, and introduced me to the Nielsen way! He took the time to listen and understand all my needs, and showed me what a great car buying experience could be. After my first visit, I sent my best friend their to buy a truck with Tony, and my friend still raves about how much he loves his truck... My wife's most recent salesperson, Alexandra Elder was such a pleasure to work with! My wife knew she wanted to purchase a Pacifica, but wasn't sure how to proceed. Alexandra made an appointment with us, blocking out of her schedule as much time as we needed, and took every minute to make sure that my wife had an incredible buying experience. Alexandra's commitment to customer service was first rate. With my wife, I am also going to lease a vehicle. This is why you go to NIElSEN! When trying to purchase a vehicle when the lease expires, people like Tony will tell you to bring in $2,000 for a down payment (yes a down payment when purchasing a leased vehicle, who does that?) without ever discussing the terms of the potential agreement. No one wants to help you, especially after they made their money on you. They won't return voice message, text messages, emails, or even letters. Stay far away from this dealership!
