I usually don't do reviews. I bought my car a month or so ago, but the follow up from Christian has been great. When he sent me the link to do the email I was not going to. But Christian has literally logged into my app and set up charging for me. He has been super responsive via text and always finds time to help me. The Audi product is great, but a huge learning curve coming from an older Lexus. But given that Christian has been able to do things like walk me through going over my garage door opener settings, to setting up siri and my maps, I have been super happy. I have spoken to my girlfriends and he will have more sales coming soon. More

Christian was superb. Not only did he work with me for weeks to get the car I wanted, but he worked on the price and told me like it was. He was cut and dry and yet very nice. He took the car back and cleaned it himself and gave me some extras that made me feel like he cared. Christian has also been there to set up all of my Audi stuff and made it super easy. He logged in for me at home and set my car up the way it was supposed to be. He has also followed up and given me the information for how to pay my car and learn more. He told me to stop by anytime I need help. I have been buying cars for 40 years and havent gotten this level of service anywhere. Not only is the product great, but so are the people selling the product. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy and Audi. More

Christian and Tony were the best! Christian spent hours going over the car and making sure everything was perfect. Down to showing us how when you hold the unlock button, you can vent Christian spent hours going over the car and making sure everything was perfect. Down to showing us how when you hold the unlock button, you can vent out the car with rolling down the windows. He also broke down all of the prices for us and went over some options he thought would be beneficial to our family like Audi care and the wheel and tire coverages. We had anticipated that it was going to take all day, but Christian got all of the paperwork done in less than 20 minutes and Tony came to grab us. We were out in around an hour! Christian played with our kids and got them some little toys at the end! We will 100 percent be using Audi Marietta for all of our car needs. I find myself still texting and calling Christian for help. He always answers! Even after 8 at night! talk about great customer service. More

I appreciated Christians honesty, positivity and helpful nature. Even though it wasn’t the one, he made the visit so enjoyable. So when I happened to see the GLC 300 listed online, I knew I had to give him a call to help me out. He got me a great deal and made sure I knew all my options. I loved that Christian had so much knowledge to share about Mercedes. His prior experience with MB really came in handy. I also let me take my time to make a decision and I never felt pressured. I truly felt like we got to know each other and he was working with me as if he was working with a friend. That was awesome and being in sales myself, I know not everyone is able to do that well. Finally, I really enjoyed working with Tony in finance as well. Christian said “He’s been doing this for a while and you’ll love working with him.” He was right! Tony made the finances easy to understand, quick and painless.
