I never thought I would have as good of a service and sales interaction as I had from a high-end dealership from another state, but I was so wrong! I brought my husband's vehicle in for service, and came out with an exceptional deal on a new car for each of us! Mark Dobinson, the service manager, is an A+, ethical, and all around nice guy! Hobbie, the sales manager, personally worked with us to identify the perfect cars for our upgrades! They even have a preferred purchase program to maintain customers. Randy, the GM, came by to greet us and facilitate the transaction. Sasha handled all the sales end smoothly, and Tony flew through our paperwork perfectly, helping me understand exactly what I was signing. Even Artee, who helps in the loaner department, came to check and see which vehicles we settled on with a warm smile! Thank you to everyone at Jim Ellis for helping us...and being kind and warm to our son during the process! The car he found for us was exquisite and he even offered to throw in a new battery. Needless to say he took care of us and we felt very comfortable with him. During the paperwork process I took the time to look around the dealership and low and behold found another car that I couldn't take my eyes off. I ended up going for it and couldn't be happier! He definitely hooked us up with the second car and I can confidently say he gave me a great deal. The paperwork process and the "haggling" process were both very hassle free and everything was explained to me in detail. By the end of the day I felt that I had become apart of the Jim Ellis Audi family and had made friends with Kevin and also the wonderful financial manager Tony Jackson. He even fed me dinner after a long day of car shopping. I was very very pleased with my visit and my overall purchases and will definitely come back when it's time to upgrade! Unfortunately we just found out that the drive shaft(s) are failing on the Q7 that we bought. It will probably be a couple of thousand or more to repair. We are fully aware that we bought the car as-is, but to have to repair this after only owning the car a little over a month makes me wonder. I have asked if they will work with us on the repair, but have yet to hear back. The easier part is selling the car, you can usually tell a lot more after the purchase. We do not expect something for nothing, so we'll see how this goes. Hoping for the best of course, but preparing for the worst. Follow-up: The dealer came through...we worked out a mutual agreement and the drive-shafts were replaced. Still seems odd that the drive shaft would need to be replaced. I will recommend the dealership. One suggestion is for the sales person to know what they are selling a little more (what features the car has and how to use them). More
