Life is imperfect and sometimes you have to work through misunderstandings. Eddie made sure to take care of all questions and concerns I had and was very easy to work with. I usually don't do reviews. I bought my car a month or so ago, but the follow up from Christian has been great. When he sent me the link to do the email I was not going to. But I bought my car a month or so ago, but the follow up from Christian has been great. When he sent me the link to do the email I was not going to. But Christian has literally logged into my app and set up charging for me. He has been super responsive via text and always finds time to help me. The Audi product is great, but a huge learning curve coming from an older Lexus. But given that Christian has been able to do things like walk me through going over my garage door opener settings, to setting up siri and my maps, I have been super happy. I have spoken to my girlfriends and he will have more sales coming soon. More

Christian and Tony were the best! Christian spent hours going over the car and making sure everything was perfect. Down to showing us how when you hold the unlock button, you can vent Christian spent hours going over the car and making sure everything was perfect. Down to showing us how when you hold the unlock button, you can vent out the car with rolling down the windows. He also broke down all of the prices for us and went over some options he thought would be beneficial to our family like Audi care and the wheel and tire coverages. We had anticipated that it was going to take all day, but Christian got all of the paperwork done in less than 20 minutes and Tony came to grab us. We were out in around an hour! Christian played with our kids and got them some little toys at the end! We will 100 percent be using Audi Marietta for all of our car needs. I find myself still texting and calling Christian for help. He always answers! Even after 8 at night! talk about great customer service. More
