Knowledge is key! I can honestly say that I walked in to educate myself on SUVs. I was helped by Tony Karatzia. He was not intimidating to speak with. There was no pressure to buy that day which is very important to us when we make a decision on where we will be buying from. He showed us the RDX and MDX. Knowledge if the product and friendliness of Tony is key in our return to this Acura opposed to other makes of SUVs. More

There was no pressure to buy, They had the car, color and potions we wanted in stock. I did most of the work over the phone, and just came in to sign the papers and get the keys. Awesome management! Pleasant First Experience! Walking into DCH Montclair Acura, I knew what I was looking for and did not want the process to turn into a "long day at the dealership." Tony greete Walking into DCH Montclair Acura, I knew what I was looking for and did not want the process to turn into a "long day at the dealership." Tony greeted me attentively as soon as I walked in the door and was nothing but helpful thereafter. All of my questions were answered, the deal itself went smoothly, and I did not walk out feeling I was ripped off. He had advised me to come back in an hour and a half to sign the papers and pick up the car to prevent us from waiting around, and when I did the paperwork was ready to go, as was my new ILX! In addition, Ben was very professional, explanatory and patient in presenting my finance options . My first visit to DCH Montclair Acura was more than satisfying and I would recommend this dealership to others; in fact, my father intends on going there when his current lease is up! This is my third time leasing a vehi I have been a customer of DCH Montclair Acura since 2006 and I have to say that every experience has been great. This is my third time leasing a vehicle and each time has been pleasurable and hassle free. Tony is very helpful, courteous and professional. He is concerned with my needs as a customer and answers all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend anyone to work with him and the dealership. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to doing business with them for a very long time. More
