I decided to check out Montclair Acura after I was turned off by another dealer I had went to earlier in the week. They didn't use typical salesmen jargon, where you would feel uncomfortable asking a question. Car shopping is not fun with pushy, cocky salesmen but the staff at Montclair Acura makes it easy with having a laid-back, approachable attitude. I would definitely recommend them! More

I had an excellent experience leasing my RDX from this dealership. Tony was a pleasure to work with! As a female taking on the car shopping experience alone I was afraid I wouldn't ask the right questions dealership. Tony was a pleasure to work with! As a female taking on the car shopping experience alone I was afraid I wouldn't ask the right questions, would end up paying too much, and possibly get talked into something I wasn't 100% on. That was definitely NOT the case here. Tony took the time to go over all of my options and choose what was best for ME. Once I decided the RDX AWD was for me (which by the way, has been awesome in the snow with this terrible winter!) he helped me program everything from mirrors, radio stations, Bluetooth, etc. I HIGHLY recommend working with Tony and DCH Acura. More

This is my second vehicle from DCH Montclair and my third Acura. Compared to the first dealer, this shop is excellent. My lease was based on Costco pricing and Tony, my Salesperson, was great to work with. Acura. Compared to the first dealer, this shop is excellent. My wife and I leased a 2013 Acura ILX from DCH Acura of Montclair and are very satisfied in the overrall customer service, and financing aspects. We had originally gone to a MINI Cooper dealership to leas Montclair and are very satisfied in the overrall customer service, and financing aspects. We had originally gone to a MINI Cooper dealership to lease, but could not get a straight answer on our questions regarding lease options, and they couldn't give us the same lease deal that DCH Acura of Montclair gave us. We were very satisfied with the entire leasing process, since it was our first lease after purchasing cars in the past (which we had Honda Accords that we kept for over 10 years and in one case over 300,000 miles). Tony Karatzia was our sales associate who helped us go through the entire leasing process--painlessly. He took us for a ride in the new ILX, showed us the leasing options that were simple and easily understood (not like the MINI dealership), and we immediately leased the car for 39 months. Tony was very easy to work with and very professional. We would recommend him as the sales associate to see, to any of our friends and family who are interested in leasing or purchasing an Acura in the future. More
