I thought I was coming in for an oil change. They did a 10 point inspection without asking me and I sat in the waiting room and they never told me anything but there was some kind of text. They want another 3000 some dollars ; last year it was $2,000. My car doesn’t even have 40,000 miles on it.I don’t think there’s anything wrong with my car. I’m going to have it inspected by someone else . No courtesy at all ; just slammed an estimate in my face.. this is the third Nissan I had problems with and the Customer Service all the way to corporate is unacceptable. I will never buy another, even though my whole family had Nissan’s all our lives.. More

The service men were great very thorough. However, if you offer a complimentary car wash either include the inside or don't.
