Not only did they give us an honest fair deal on my car, We gained 4 loyal friends!  Chris Hall and Remi Szymanski were the Sales Consultants who provided us with an outstanding experience that we'll never forget with their genuine honesty and patience! They answered every question and concern that we had about the vehicle. They showed us how to use every feature that the car had to offer. They’re not just out there to sell you a car, they'll help you find the car your looking for, that best suite’s your needs! Tony Lara was the Sales Manager who gave us our deal! He is very honest, friendly, and negotiable. On top of that he treated us like gold made us feel like we're apart of the Honda family!  Vaughn Herberlee was the Finance Manager who helped us finance my sons first vehicle! Vaughn thoroughly explained each warranty plan offered to me and answered every question that I had. We left with zero questions unanswered and we felt comfortable with our decision walking out the door!  I'm glad that we chose Brandon Honda and I want other people to experience the same 5 star quality customer service that we did! "Best Customer service in the area!" As soon as I arrived I was happily greeted by one of the salesman, Jon. Jon politely excused himself and allowed me to have my own space which was EXTREMELY helpful to me! Prior to my visit at Brandon Honda, I visited a few other dealers who refused to do so, so this was a BREATH of fresh air for me and an instant respect for him. At that time I did not see anything that caught my instant eye, so I left and again, tried a few other dealers who again, could not respect my space when asked. I decided towards the end of the day to go back to Brandon Honda and try my luck one last time. After hours of decisions making and the help of Jon's patience, I am a very pleased owner of a 2016 Honda Civic EX-T!
