I have had experiences in the past in which a dealership would promise me one thing on the phone and then change the deal when I arrived. This was not the case here. I came in and test drove the car and Lucy was very helpful and answered all my questions, but never pressured me into a purchase. When I emailed questions and called the next morning, Tony was prompt in responding and after we negotiated a price on the phone, he honored it when I arrived back to finalize the purchase. After making the purchase, Lucy took her time showing me the car's features and making sure I was happy with everything. This is the first time I can say purchasing a car was a pleasant experience and I was happy not to have to deal with the deceptive or manipulative practices I've dealt with in the past at other dealers. Both employees seemed sincerely concerned that we left happy. More

I owned a Honda Civic that we got at the same dealership in 2008 (new), but what truly sold me and my husband, was not only that the car sold itself with it's great reputation, but that our sales person was NOT pushing the sale. He was VERY informative, he is knowledgeable/proud of what he does and said "This new Honda Accord is beautiful and very nice to drive, please, try it out and see for yourself!" No B S ing, no frills, just talked about the car and the important points of the car. So, he sold us a car! And when I got home, I had learned everything about my new wheels, inside and out! All a great experience and we're pleased! Since it's really my car, I'M PLEASED! Thank you Hasan and to the Manager Tony too for making sure we were happy with our new bill! ;) More

Mike Hudak greeted me with a warm friendly smile and explained the 60,000 mile package that would reduce my cost and made sure I received any discounts that would defray my cost. Very courteous and professional. Alison Westrate was tenacious in ensuring the cleaning of the newer vehicle I purchased that day was immaculately detailed although the normal staff had left for the day. She stayed and finished the job so my newer vehicle was completed and gave me my next scheduled maintenance date prior to leaving the dealership that night. Exemplary service, warm smile,, 100% professionalism. My thanks also go to Gus Quintana, Tony Lara, Mike Joiner( outstanding financial advisor) and Hassan Slim my great sales advisor all who assisted me with my trade from a 2011-2013 Honda Pilot. I came in for service, left with an upgraded car. An Awesome team!!!! More

Going above and beyond I have purchased many vehicles from Brandon Honda and have always had a good experience, but my latest purchase experience with them has made me a cus I have purchased many vehicles from Brandon Honda and have always had a good experience, but my latest purchase experience with them has made me a customer for life. I was on leave from the military and visiting family in Valrico, FL. I realized during the trip that my Honda Ridgeline was no longer big enough for my growing family, and I went into Brandon Honda to find a larger vehicle. I ended up purchasing a very nice used Toyota Sienna. I was only in town for a few days so I needed the process to go quick. The vehicle I wanted to purchase had just been traded in the day before and was not ready for sale. The dealership pushed the vehicle through service and had me on the road the next day. No big deal, that is what they are supposed to do. What impressed me was when there was some title issues and the dealership needed the vehicle back for a couple of days. Well I was already back in Fort Bragg, NC for training and did not have time to deal with any issues. Despite my frustrations over the phone the Brandon Honda associates remained calm and helpful. They had the vehicle picked up from my house, placed on a flat bed, shipped to Tampa, and then dropped off back to my house in NC. They also gave me a rental while the vehicle was away. When the vehicle returned I saw that the carrier had damaged it. Brandon Honda paid for the damage no question asked. Buying a vehicle is a big deal. When making a purchase one needs to consider more then just the product. You need to know that the dealership is going to follow through with promises and take care of you long after the sale is final. That is Brandon Honda in a nutshell. Thanks Brandon Honda! More

Chanel purchased a Honda Civic from the Brando Honda Dealership about 3 years ago, and Chanel was in a car accident and her car was totaled. Chanel lives in Miami and I told her that it would be beneficial if were to purchase her car with Brandon Honda. After some issues on Chanel credit report, it was a little difficult getting prequalifed. This is when Chanel called Brandon Honda and spoke with Ms. Conrado. Ms. Conrado was pleasant over the phone which made it easy for Chanel to speake with Ms. Conrado. I was truely impress with the bottom line figure that Mr. Conrado sold the car to Chanel. Also before we made the drive up here Ms. Conrado made sure that everything was going too be fine with the financing so we wouldn't be making a blank trip. Meanwhile, the car was parked in the sold line and clean as a whisle. Ms. Conrado went over all the paperwork work and reasurred Chanel to ask questions in the process. It was good to see Chanel smiling once again because it has been a roller coasters for Chanel the last month. Also another thing I like that Mr. Conrado stated "we love too take care of our previous customers." Since new ownership has taken over, wow I'm impress and understatement and I can see why Brando Honda is the number one Honda Dealership in the state of Florida! The employees, the service, the warranty on new and certified preown cars, and Mr. Conrado. Thank you for making this a joyous experience for Chanel, Jaden who is her son, and myself. This is different from other car dealership's "competitive salesman" attitudes I have seen in the past. Both car buying experiences were above board (no shady "we'll see what we can do" stringer lines) and they are on top with efficiency and price. No need to come feeling ready to haggle with these guys ... the salesmen will tell you right up front like it is. This saves time, stress and headache. My guess is they make the same commission no matter what kind of car they sell or how much discount you get -- so there is no pressure ever. I even sent my frugal retired military friend to buy with them -- and since he was happy then you know they are excellent and efficient! Plus they respect (earned a hand shake :-) ) and honor military, with discount, without hesitation!!!!! Go Brandon Honda! Was a fateful Godsend that we found you! (PS. Ask for Hassan Slim salesman for honest, considerate and ultimate-patience buying process.) More
