I have found another exceptional service rep in Anthony Lopez. Woodfield has been my one stop shop since Schmuller sold me 2001 RX 300. I know very little about cars. I love my Lexus but when it has an issue I always get nervous. Your service department: Helen and Tony were extremely helpful and considerate. As always, my experience with Lexus Service Department was excellent! Tony as my Service Manager, kept me fully informed of the status of my vehicle.
