Customer service with a family feel. I worked with a salesman by the name of Tony Overman. I had been there 2 days before to begin looking st vehicles. The last thing I wanted to do was b I worked with a salesman by the name of Tony Overman. I had been there 2 days before to begin looking st vehicles. The last thing I wanted to do was buy a new car, but after 240k on my 04 camry....My luck had run out. I walked in and expected to be bombarded. I was not, in fact quite the opposite. It was a very mellow start without any pressure. By the end of the test drive I was ready to do some thinking. Tony did not try to hard sell me, or keep me there. I told him I'd be back if I was buying. He shook my hand, gave me a card, and sent me on my way. I returned 2 days later to make the purchase. To which we had the pleasure of working with Tony, and the owner Barry. I cannot say enough what that meant to me , and my family. I am in sales myself, and to have a laid back process letting me make the decisions with noone trying to hard sell me. A breath of fresh air....Also guiding me in the right direction without pushing me one way or another. I knew the car I wanted. We got it done quickly, effectively, and I got what I wanted. They are family owned and operated, and the staff truly tries to get to know you. I come from an old school family, and the impression metro toyota made is everlasting. I cannot thank Tony, Barry, and their staff enough. My family will be returning to metro in the future. More

The salesperson, Tony Overman, was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. It was my first time buying a car, so I was being very careful and wanted to do as much research as possible. Tony and the rest of the staff understood that, and weren't aggressive. Tony made a great pitch for the Corolla, and then had the intuition to understand my needs as a customer -- and I appreciated that. I also had a positive experience with his manager, Barry Greenfield, and Craig Budziak in finance. All very straightforward people -- no games. More

Greatest dealership experience ever! My fiance was in a car wreck and totalled his car so he was in a bind and needed a new car asap. He got my fiance into the exact car he wanted and the entire Metro Toyota team helped make everything possible. Words cannot describe how amazing of an experience it was working with everyone at that dealership and we owe a HUGE thank you to Tony for making what seemed like an impossible situation possible.
