My first Toyota I have purchased many cars in my life and the process is usually less that pleasant. Dealing with Barry and Tony was a real pleasure. Educated myself I have purchased many cars in my life and the process is usually less that pleasant. Dealing with Barry and Tony was a real pleasure. Educated myself on the vehicle that interested me and negotiated the deal through email. Setting an appointment with Barry and Tony was flawless and they had everything prepared. I was on the road in my new Sequoia in less that 90 minutes. The dealership is also top notch with a very nice waiting area with complimentary treats, coffee, and televisions Great experience and I can see myself being a lifelong customer. More

Treat you like Family Have been dealing with Metro for over 15 years now. Worked with a new sales rep this time, as our former sales rep retired. Can’t say enough positive Have been dealing with Metro for over 15 years now. Worked with a new sales rep this time, as our former sales rep retired. Can’t say enough positive things about our experience. Even just walking in the front door and being greeted warmly by staff. Our rep was able to get us a new vehicle with every option we wanted in such a short time (and we had a big list of wants) and kept in touch via phone, email, and text, which was extremely convenient. And just taking the time to say “thank you” for purchasing there goes a long way. We were thanked by several employees and were treated like family. My can’t-sit-still toddler was approached by many staff and was treated like royalty :) We have dealt with other dealerships occasionally in the past (big mistake there!), but have found none can beat the team at Metro!!! More
