The Plaza Lincoln staff was very friendly,helpful and professional. Larry and Gaige made a point to answer all our questions satisfactorily and did not rush our inquiry phase of what became the purchasin professional. Larry and Gaige made a point to answer all our questions satisfactorily and did not rush our inquiry phase of what became the purchasing process. After a bad buying experience the day before, Larry was kind enough to make sure the Aviator could safely be driven in and out of our garage. He encouraged me that I too could do this, with a sense of humor that kept me relaxed. That extra effort was greatly appreciated…and the resulting relief, “sealed the deal”. Gaige took his time going through and setting up the technical side of operating our SUV which was very helpful and a bit overwhelming for us older -not-so -technical-folk! 🙂 All in all this would rate as our best car buying experience ever! More

Made an online appointment and for some reason it doesn’t work. So I take off work and bring my car there for a new car inspection at 930 am. I get there and the assistant service manager says their system d work. So I take off work and bring my car there for a new car inspection at 930 am. I get there and the assistant service manager says their system doesn’t work and I’m SOL. Doesn’t offer a solution. Just says tough luck and goes back to whatever he was doing. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Wouldn’t go back here ever again. More

Lou and Tony run a tight ship. Memory for seat & steering wheel stopped working , called Rob G in service said sounds like battery set me up for 8am sure enough it was the battery. With Lincoln’s warranty and this car being certified cost me 0.00. This is what service is all about.
