Just a routine visit My Prius was due for a tire rotation. My visit was on schedule. I was checked in and waited in the clean and warm waiting room. Great dealership The office is great. It is larger than the dealer in Lexington. The waiting area is at least 10 times bigger. You can park your car inside the indoor The office is great. The waiting area has a room for kids. Free coffee and donuts m. Only downside is that the service took 1.5 hrs instead of the regular 1 1/4, but it was worth the extra 15 min of pleasure. More

Anthony (Tony) Perez is one of the best salesman I've ever worked with. Tony has the highest level of customer service, professional and patient. We spent several hours test driving different vehicles an ever worked with. Tony has the highest level of customer service, professional and patient. We spent several hours test driving different vehicles and the one I ended up making an offer on was perfect! Ken Hodgson, the dealership's manager was cooperative and willing to negotiate. When I arrived the next day to sign papers, the "floor" manager gave me some resistance on the price, but was willing to honor Ken's arrangement. Overall, this dealership works cohesively as a team and is willing to do what it takes to make a loyal customer. I recommend all my family and friends to visit Atlantic Toyota for future purchases. More
